Warranty Policy

Aqua Best UAE provides a 1-year warranty for eligible systems supplied and installed by our company, subject to the terms below.

This warranty applies only to natural faults or issues that happen during normal use of the system. Warranty claims will not be accepted for forced damage, physical breakage, misuse, tampering, negligence, accidental damage, improper installation by others, or damage caused by handling the system roughly.

What Support Usually Covers

Warranty support is intended for eligible systems supplied by Aqua Best where the issue is linked to a genuine covered fault during normal operation. It does not replace scheduled maintenance, consumable replacement, or paid corrective service for damage caused by misuse, external conditions, or non-covered causes.

Support strength is highest in Dubai and can extend across the UAE depending on the product type, installation scope, and the location of the system. Customers should keep purchase details, installation references, and service history available so the claim review can be handled faster.

Warranty Coverage

The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing-related or naturally occurring faults in eligible systems during the warranty period, provided the product has been used under normal operating conditions and maintained properly.

Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover forced damage, customer-caused breakage, misuse, unauthorized repair, electrical damage from unstable supply, poor water conditions outside system limits, neglect, or damage caused during shifting, impact, or wrong operation.

Claim Process

To request a warranty claim, contact Aqua Best UAE with your system details, invoice or purchase reference, issue description and photos if available. Our team will inspect or review the issue and confirm whether it qualifies under warranty.

Service Decision

If the problem is confirmed as a natural fault covered under warranty, Aqua Best UAE will repair or replace the relevant part as appropriate. If the issue is found to be caused by force, mishandling, external damage or excluded conditions, the repair will be treated as a paid service.

Consumables And Exclusions

Routine consumables such as cartridges, membranes, lamps, sleeves, resin media, and similar wear items are normally handled as maintenance items unless a separate written coverage condition applies. Water quality outside design limits, unstable utilities, and third-party handling can also affect claim eligibility.
